Once the treatment plan is finalised, our design section create a series of 3D models of each Clear Aligner with great accuracy. Next, our State Of The Art Technology lab fabricates a series of “Aligners4U” from these 3D models from the first set of Aligner to the last set. After fabrication, our dedicated and experienced team of quality experts check “Aligners4U” for any burrs which are removed and given a smooth finishing.

Subsequently the “Aligners4U” sets are ready to be fitted on to the teeth. The Orthodontist, snuggly fits the first set of “Aligners4U” on the teeth and give a final check for fitment and comfort.

To get the optimum results, “Aligners4U” is to be worn for a minimum of 22 hours approximately each day. Each set of “Aligners4U” is to be worn for around 15 days before replacing with the next aligner in the series till the last set of the aligner as per the treatment plan.
